General Policies

Items will be shipped in 1-4 business days. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the product and the location it is being shipped to. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and not Black Unicorn. 

Broken or Damaged Items

Black Unicorn Creations will replace broken or damaged items if contacted within 5 days of receipt of item (based off of the tracked shipping information). Customer must contact Black Unicorn Creations with photographs of item clearly showing that it was broken or was damaged during shipping. Black Unicorn Creations reserves the right to refuse to send replacement items if it is deemed the product was broken or damaged due to misuse rather than something that Black Unicorn Creations could have prevented.


Black Unicorn Creations will only accept return requests made within 10 days of receipt of item (based off the tracked shipping information) for USA orders, only. International orders are considered final sales, and cannot be returned.

To return a product, customer must contact Black Unicorn Creations with photographic evidence of condition of items to be returned. Item must be unused and in new condition to be accepted for a refund. Black Unicorn Creations reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds based on the determination of the condition of the returned item. 

Return shipping and packaging is at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any returned purchases.

Once the item is returned to Black Unicorn Creations successfully, Black Unicorn Creations will determine condition and then refund the purchaser for the item. Refunds will not be issued prior to successful receipt of the original item back to Black Unicorn Creations.
